However, the above question has just one answer but the above answer only comes when you don't know that you can recover some of your deleted files.
So the answer to that question is just short and thats restoring deleted files on Android phone is possible.
Now that you have known it, i will show you the step by step guidelines on how you can recover deleted photos on your Android phone.
This step by step guide that am introducing to you is only possible only to rooted Android users, so if incase you have to root your Android Smartphone, then go to:

Now after that rooting your Android phone, the next step is to download DiskDigger undelete (root). This application is free to download at the Google play store.
One of the main reason, why i love this DiskDigger undelete app is because of it is still in beta stage but a perfect Android application to recover files on your Android.
Steps to Recover Images on Android Smartphone using DiskDigger
#1. Download DiskDigger undelete (root) app and install it on your Android phone and after installation, run it on your android and select the partition from where you wish to recover the files such as from your memory card or internal memory.

#2. Then the next step is to tap on the button of“Scan Device” to start the scanning process on your Android phone.
It will take a few minutes to get this done.
#3. Now after the completion of the scanning process, you will be able to see the results on the screen. Then, select all those photos which you wish to restore (get back) on your Android device.
#4. Now Select the Files, you want back and click on the Save button to recover images on your Smartphone’s local drive.
You are done just know that all the deleted photos are now restored on your Android phone local drive.
