 The below published steps or article fully explains how to flush any computer's DNS cache, meaning that every computer, windows v 7 or 8, laptops and system as they call can flush with the following guide lines.

As many of us know that when a computer visits a website for the very first time ever since, it stores the website's DNS information in cache. Then, the next time the computer visits that same website, it looks in the cache to see if the website's information is present to use.

According to the main editors, the problems is caused, only if the website's DNS information has changed since the computer's last visit. So after finding the problem, we have to find the solution to keep our user roaming freely on-line,and the everlasting solution to this is flushing the cache.

Because, it removes all the information stored in cache, forcing the computer to find the new DNS information for the website. 

How to Flush DNS for a Computer Running Windows

Please do this to flaush your computer DNS.

Step 1: On your local machine, click Start and select Run.
Step 2. Type command and click Ok.
Step 3. {then within the prompt, type ipconfig /flushdns}

After which this message would appear.

How To flush DNS for a Computer Running Mac OS 

It is simple, only if you do the following:
Step 1: On your local machine, open a terminal window.
Step 2. Now within the prompt, type lookupd -flushcache.
